EVERETT “BUD” FREY Everett “Bud” Frey, 74, lifelong resident of Westport, CT, beloved husband of the late Sharon Frey, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday August, 6th 2015. He was born in Norwalk, CT, the son of Everett and Helen Frey. He grew up in Westport and graduated from Staples High School with the class of 1959. He is a 1963 graduate of Providence College and received his MBA from Boston College. Bud is survived by his four children: Brad Frey and wife Kelley of Stamford, CT; Tracy Daly and husband Tom of West Hartford, CT; Brendon Frey and wife Marnie of Southport, CT; Caitlin Burke and husband Ryan of Westport, CT; his 10 grandchildren: Gillian and Grayson Frey, Patrick, Bridget and Corinne Daly, Mason, Lucy and Miller Frey, Jack and Annie Burke; nieces Lee Saveliff, Kelly Pollard and Karen Jacobs all of Westport and cousin Tom Ryan of Westport. An avid golfer, Bud was as a staple at Longshore and a dedicated member and former president of the Longshore Men’s Golf Association. Bud’s greatest pleasure in life was spending time with his children and grandchildren. Calling hours will be Tuesday August 11th at Harding Funeral Home in Westport from 4-8pm. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, August 12th, 2015 at 10:30am at St. Luke Church, 84 Long Lots Road, Westport, CT.
